HealthFold for Mac requires macOS 14 or later and the HealthFold iPhone companion running iOS 17 or later. Intel and Apple Silicon Macs are supported. Windows is not supported in this release.

This is a beta, not the final App Store release. The Mac download is signed with Developer ID and notarized by Apple. The iPhone companion is available through TestFlight. Check iPhone availability and invitation capacity before completing setup.

New in build 8: workout heart-rate curves no longer flicker during sync. Humidity percentages are shown only when the source convention is identified; historical, third-party or XML values with uncertain scales are preserved and marked for verification, not automatically rescaled. Each workout also offers timestamped heart-rate samples, exact-source selection and pagination, available through read-only MCP.

Install and connect

  1. Open the downloaded disk image and drag HealthFold into Applications.
  2. Open HealthFold from Applications. Allow local-network and firewall access when asked.
  3. Keep the Mac pairing code visible. Install the iPhone companion, allow the health categories you choose, and scan the current Mac code from inside the iPhone app.
  4. Keep both devices on the same Wi-Fi or local network. A wired Mac works too. The last 90 days sync first; older available history fills in afterwards.

The Mac app stores your data locally and can keep receiving it when its main window is closed. AI access is optional and configured separately on the Mac.

构建 8 修复同步期间训练心率窗口的闪烁；湿度仅在来源口径可确认时显示百分数，第三方、历史和 XML 记录的尺度不明时保留原值并显示「尺度待核实」，不会自动猜倍率。训练心率曲线、逐条时间戳、来源选择和分页也可通过只读 MCP 查询。升级后请在 AI 客户端重新连接 HealthFold MCP。

这是免费、单成员测试版，不支持 Windows；Mac 最低 macOS 14，iPhone 最低 iOS 17。软件不写入或修改 Apple 健康原始记录。
