Keep a local history on your Mac. Browse available measurements, compare your own trends over time and revisit workout records.
-
Connect your AI assistant
Use the local MCP connection with a compatible AI client. Access is read-only, with an access log you can review on your Mac.
Local storage. Clear boundaries.
HealthFold keeps your health data on your own devices. The iPhone companion sends authorized data to your Mac over your local network, not through a HealthFold cloud service.
The first release uses unencrypted local-network transfer. Use a trusted network. If you connect a cloud-based AI client, data returned through MCP may be sent to that client's model provider. Choose your AI client and its settings accordingly.
HealthFold organizes and displays recorded data. It does not provide medical diagnoses or replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Missing measurements mean data was not collected or made available, not a health finding.
In preparation, not available to download yet.
HealthFold is being prepared for release as a companion pair: iPhone with iOS 17 or later, and Mac with macOS 14 or later. Both are required. The first release does not support Windows.
Official iPhone and Mac download links will appear here when the product is released.
