1. About these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the FoxTake app and its online features ("FoxTake"), provided by Lengjie Beijing Technology Co., Ltd ("we", "us"; contact: foxtake@getbot.me). Registered address: Room 2022, Building C, West of Yuxinzhuang Village, Shahe Town, Changping District, Beijing, China. They supplement Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple EULA"), which also applies. If these Terms conflict with the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA governs the app licence and these Terms govern our online features.
By subscribing to FoxTake Pro or tapping Agree in the app, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. What FoxTake does
- On your iPhone: recording, the teleprompter, Voice Follow, captions made with the speech recognition built into iOS, automatic cuts, loudness, beauty and rendering. These run on your iPhone and send nothing to us.
- Online AI features (FoxTake Pro): AI Check, Online Translation for second captions, and AI Writing. These send text to our server, as described in section 5.
3. FoxTake Pro and payments
- FoxTake Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold by Apple through the App Store. Price and period are shown before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account; the subscription renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
- What uses AI credits. One-tap video (retake detection, trimming, pause shortening, captions, beauty, loudness, speed), the online AI features, Voice Follow and project export use AI credits, because they use AI computing and therefore have usage limits. Your balance is shown in Settings > AI Credits, and the app shows an estimate before a one-tap video. Recording with the teleprompter, constant-speed and manual scrolling, on-device dictation, script editing, and viewing and sharing videos you have already made do not use credits.
- How you get credits. Each Apple Account receives a one-time starting balance of credits in FoxTake. A FoxTake Pro subscription adds a set of credits for each billing period (for yearly subscriptions, each month of the year); unused period credits do not carry over. Active subscribers can also buy credit packs; pack credits do not expire. Credits are used in this order: period credits, then pack credits, then starting credits. There is no free trial period.
- Where credits are kept. Your balance is kept on our server and linked to the identifier Apple creates for your Apple Account in FoxTake, so it stays with you after reinstalling the app or changing devices.
- Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies (reportaproblem.apple.com). If a subscription or credit pack is refunded, the credits granted for it are taken back; credits already used become a balance owed that is deducted from your next credits. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are not refunded separately.
- If a subscription ends or you run out of credits, videos you have already made can still be adjusted, re-rendered and shared on your iPhone. If credits run out during a one-tap video, the video is finished with on-device results and the app tells you which step did not use AI. To keep the service available for everyone, online AI features also have daily usage protection; when it is reached, FoxTake uses on-device results for the rest of the day and everything else keeps working.
- Your scripts, recordings and saved videos are always yours and are never locked or deleted because a subscription ended.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to your recordings, scripts, captions and videos ("Your Content"). You give us permission to process Your Content only as needed to provide the features you use, as described in section 5. We do not use Your Content to train AI models, for advertising, or for any other purpose. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you record and publish.
5. AI features and data processing
5.1 What is sent. Only when you use the feature, and only text:

The picture of your videos and your original recordings are never sent.
5.2 Where it is processed. Requests go from the app to FoxTake's server, hosted by Amazon Web Services in Tokyo, Japan, which passes the text to Alibaba Cloud Model Studio in a Tokyo workspace configured for inference within Japan, where Qwen models process it. Results come back to your iPhone. Account, support and security metadata of these providers may be handled under their own terms.
5.3 Retention. Our server keeps your text in memory only while handling the request and does not log its content. Alibaba Cloud may store inputs and outputs under its service terms and legal requirements, and does not use them to develop or improve models without separate consent; we have not enabled any such consent. See the Privacy Policy for details.
5.4 Your choices. You can turn off AI Assist for Videos (AI Check and Online Translation) and AI Writing (AI Polish and translation) at any time in the app's Settings. FoxTake then uses on-device results only (for second captions, your iPhone's built-in translation, which may need a one-time language download). Cloud transcription of audio is a separate feature that is only used if you allow it separately; it is not offered at present.
5.5 Changes. If we change the provider, the processing region, or the kinds of data sent, we will update these Terms and ask for your agreement in the app before sending data under the new terms.
5.6 AI output. AI suggestions, corrections and translations can be wrong. You can review cuts and captions before a video is made, and you are responsible for checking what you publish.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use FoxTake to break the law, infringe others' rights, or record people without the consent the law requires. Do not reverse engineer, overload, or try to bypass the limits or device checks of our online features. If credits are obtained or shared in breach of these Terms (including lending account credentials or forging requests), we may freeze the credits of the accounts involved.
7. Availability
Online features depend on network access and third-party services and may be unavailable at times. We may change or discontinue online features; if a paid feature is materially reduced, you can cancel your subscription through Apple.
8. Disclaimer
FoxTake is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or that AI output will be accurate. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data that you could have prevented by keeping your own copies. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for FoxTake Pro in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Ending
You can stop using FoxTake at any time by deleting the app and cancelling your subscription. We may suspend online features for accounts or devices that abuse them.
11. Changes to these Terms
We will post changes on this page and update the date above. Changes to section 5 are also shown in the app before they apply.
12. Law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (for this purpose excluding the laws of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising from these Terms will be submitted to the competent people's court in Beijing. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection given to you by the mandatory laws of the country where you live, or any right you have under those laws to bring proceedings there. 1. 关于本协议
本《用户协议》(下称「本协议」)适用于你使用 FoxTake App 及其在线功能(下称「FoxTake」), 由 棱界（北京）科技有限公司(下称「我们」;联系邮箱 foxtake@getbot.me)提供。注册地址:北京市昌平区沙河镇于辛庄村西临 1 号 C 座 2022 室。本协议是 Apple 标准许可应用程序最终用户许可协议(下称「Apple EULA」)的补充, Apple EULA 同样适用。两者冲突时,App 的使用许可以 Apple EULA 为准,在线功能以本协议为准。
订阅 FoxTake Pro 或在 App 内点「同意」,即表示你接受本协议和隐私政策。
2. FoxTake 做什么
- 在你的 iPhone 上: 录制、提词、语音跟随、用 iOS 自带语音识别生成字幕、自动剪辑、响度、美颜和出片。这些都在本机运行,不向我们发送任何内容。
- 在线 AI 功能(FoxTake Pro): AI 检查、第二字幕的在线翻译、AI 整理。这些会把文字发到我们的服务器,见第 5 节。
3. FoxTake Pro 与付款
- FoxTake Pro 是由 Apple 通过 App Store 销售的自动续期订阅,价格和周期在购买前显示。费用从你的 Apple 账户扣除;除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消,否则自动续订。可在 Apple 账户设置中管理或取消。退款由 Apple 处理。
- 哪些功能消耗 AI 积分: 一键成片(重念检测、空白裁切、停顿缩短、字幕、美颜、响度、倍速)、在线 AI 功能、语音跟随和工程导出会消耗 AI 积分。这些功能会消耗 AI 算力,所以有使用上限;积分余额可在「设置 › AI 积分」查看,一键成片前会显示本条大约消耗的积分。看稿录制、匀速及手动滚动、本机口述、稿子编辑、查看和分享已做好的成片不消耗积分。
- 积分怎么来: 每个 Apple 账号在 FoxTake 中获得一次初始积分;订阅 FoxTake Pro 后,每个计费周期获得一笔周期积分(包年订阅为全年每个月一笔), 未用完的周期积分不结转。有效订阅用户还可购买积分包,积分包积分不过期。扣减顺序为周期积分、积分包、初始积分。不提供免费试用期。
- 积分记在哪里: 积分余额保存在我们的服务器上,与 Apple 为你的 Apple 账号在 FoxTake 中生成的标识关联,删除应用重装或更换设备后仍然有效。
- 退款: 退款由 Apple 按其政策处理(reportaproblem.apple.com)。订阅或积分包退款后,对应发放的积分会相应扣回;已经消耗的部分记为欠额,从下一次发放中抵扣。积分没有现金价值,不可转让,不单独退款。
- 订阅到期或积分用完后,已做过成片的录制仍可在本机调整重做并分享。一键成片过程中积分不够时,会用本机结果完成,并说明哪一步没有使用 AI。为保证服务对所有人可用,在线 AI 功能另设每日用量保护;达到时当天只用本机结果,其他功能照常。
- 你的稿子、录制和已保存的视频始终属于你,不会因订阅到期被锁定或删除。
4. 你的内容
你保留录制、稿子、字幕和视频(下称「你的内容」)的全部权利。你授权我们仅为提供你所使用的功能、按第 5 节所述处理你的内容。我们不会用你的内容训练 AI 模型、投放广告或用于任何其他目的。你应确保自己有权录制和发布相关内容。
5. AI 功能与数据处理
5.1 发送什么。 只在你使用该功能时发送,且只发文字:

视频画面和原始录像永远不会发送。
5.2 在哪里处理。 请求从 App 发到 FoxTake 的服务器(由 Amazon Web Services 托管于日本东京), 再交给阿里云百炼(Alibaba Cloud Model Studio)东京工作空间(推理范围设为日本境内),由 Qwen 模型处理,结果返回你的 iPhone。上述服务商的账户、支持和安全类元数据可能按其自身条款处理。
5.3 保留。 我们的服务器只在处理请求期间把文字放在内存里,不记录内容。阿里云可能依其服务条款和法律要求存储输入与输出,未经单独同意不会用于开发或改进模型;我们没有开启任何此类授权。详见隐私政策。
5.4 你的选择。 可随时在 App 设置里关闭「成片 AI 辅助」(AI 检查和在线翻译)和「AI 写稿」(AI 整理和翻译),之后只用本机结果(第二字幕改用 iPhone 自带翻译,可能需要下载一次语言包)。音频的云端识别是另一项功能,只有你单独允许才会使用;目前未提供。
5.5 变更。 如果更换服务商、处理地区或发送的数据类别,我们会先更新本协议,并在 App 内取得你的同意,之后才按新条款发送数据。
5.6 AI 结果。 AI 给出的建议、纠错和翻译可能有误。出片前你可以审核剪辑和字幕,发布内容前请自行确认。
6. 使用规范
不得利用 FoxTake 违反法律、侵犯他人权利,或在未取得法律要求的同意时录制他人。不得反向工程、恶意占用,或试图绕过在线功能的用量上限或设备校验。以违反本协议的方式获取或共享积分(包括转借账号凭证、伪造请求)的,我们可以冻结相关账号的积分。
7. 可用性
在线功能依赖网络和第三方服务,可能偶尔不可用。我们可能调整或停止在线功能;如付费功能被实质性削减,你可以通过 Apple 取消订阅。
8. 免责声明
在法律允许的范围内,FoxTake 按「现状」提供。我们不保证没有错误,也不保证 AI 结果准确。本协议不限制你依消费者保护法享有、不可放弃的权利。
9. 责任限制
在法律允许的范围内,我们不对间接或后果性损失负责,也不对你本可以通过自行备份避免的数据丢失负责。我们的总责任以索赔前 12 个月内你为 FoxTake Pro 支付的金额为限。
10. 终止
你可以随时删除 App 并取消订阅来停止使用。对滥用在线功能的账户或设备,我们可以暂停其在线功能。
11. 本协议的变更
变更会发布在本页并更新顶部日期。第 5 节的变更还会在生效前于 App 内提示。
12. 法律与联系方式
本协议适用中华人民共和国法律(为本协议之目的,不含香港、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区法律),不适用冲突法规则。因本协议产生的争议,提交北京市有管辖权的人民法院解决。如你是消费者,本条不影响你所在国家或地区强制性法律给予你的保护,也不影响你依该等法律在当地提起诉讼的权利。联系:foxtake@getbot.me
